I really enjoyed brunch here on Thursday 7/9/20. I had the breakfast burger which was AMAZING and my husband had the hashed out. The mimosa and grits were okay but the dark and stormy was like a strip club drink (I'M IN LOVE) . We left brunch wanting to go explore Decatur 😂😂 I will definitely be back and have that burger.

The place serves large portions and for convenient rates. helpful employees. Keep up the good work.

What an Atlanta gem!! Coming from Humboldt, CA foodie living I have rather high standards and rising son was super awesome all around! Very sweet and accommodating service as they helped make a birthday surprise for my mom happen! Fast excellent care and cooking, everything was so delicious! Great brunch cocktails, my mom said the bloody Mary was one of the best she's ever had. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back many times :)

This is one of the best places I have been since moving down to Atlanta. The atmosphere inside is laid back. There was a good mix of people inside, which is something I miss, having moved from the DC area. Great food with a good selection on the menu. Honestly, this is going to be my go to breakfast place. Give it a try bring your friends. I recommend the breakfast dumplings, shrimp and grits, and chicken. C Just look at these pictures

Amazing breakfast as always. Love the place. The ingredients are a fresh and great quality. Coffee is good and staff are awesome. Visiting from Ireland and drove 2 hours out of my way to eat here as I do on every trip. Perfection. The hash is outstanding.

Customer service was great & the food was even better. I had a Bloody Mary for the first time & it was good too. The price was not that high for the quality I received. I am very satisfied with everything!

This place feels like home. Great food and the service is good most times. My favorite meal is the "hashed out", the chicken is good too!

Very clean and accessible restaurant. They offer large meals and for reasonable prices. We liked the menu a lot and the staff were very attentive and informative. Will definitely recommend this spot.

So glad Rising Son is back open from a temporary shut down due to Covid-19. I appreciate their honesty and swift action to keep everyone safe! It's excellent service and always delicious!!
